This is great when on vacation or just everyday before bedtime to connect with your child.

Have your little one dictate two or three sentences about the day. Some days it will be the best part, some days they will remember something scary or sad. Validate every feeling, they are real and a part of your child.
Copy what she dictates either on the top or the bottom of the page. Then have her make a drawing about it.

Both of you will love looking at these pages when she is older, and it will help her remember some important events in her life.
