Have your child sit on their heels and place their hands on their knees. Looking upward, have them open their mouth and roar!
Cat and Cow
Have your child form a table top by getting on their hands and knees. Show them how to arch their back like an angry cat and then drop their belly to look like a cow.
Pretend to slither like a snake. Lying on their belly, have them raise their head and torso up, like a cobra!
Time to stand up! Raise one leg and help your child bring their heel to meet their inner thigh.
